UIless

For small businesses, studios, and shops

The chat you already know — on steroids.

Same familiar box. Nothing new to learn. You ask in plain language, and the answer appears as a live view built from your mail, orders, calendar, and files. You reply, move, and approve right there.

Why you need UIless

The chat you already know — on steroids.

A chatbot feels familiar because it is only a text box. That is also the ceiling. UIless keeps the box and removes the ceiling: the answer is the work, drawn from the tools you already run.

Plain text

A plain chatbot

You can tell them Friday is possible if the yellow PETG arrives. Then open mail, find the invoice, check the printer, and paste the reply back. Tomorrow this chat will not remember.

  • Answers in text walls
  • You copy and paste between tabs
  • Forgets yesterday's question
  • Cannot act in your tools
  • No access to your mail, orders, or files

  • Answers become live views: stats, tables, kanban, email threads, timelines, weather
  • Acts in place — reply, move, approve — only after you confirm
  • Connected to your mail, Notion, calendar, and one folder
  • Bookmarks bring any view back instantly
  • A timeline remembers past conversations
  • A daily briefing is waiting in the morning
  • Use the included model budget, or bring your own Claude or Grok key

The problem

The business already lives in ten apps and tabs.

Mail. Orders. The bank. The calendar. Files. Notion. The printer. You jump between them to answer one question. A chatbot in another window still cannot see any of it, so the paragraph it writes is one more thing to carry back.

  • Bank

Built for the owner who is also the person on the tools: small businesses, studios, and shops. The live demo is that job for a one-person 3D-print workshop.

How it works

Ask. See a live view. Act when you confirm.

Three steps, and the first one is the chat you already use.

01 — Ask

Ask the way you already do

Type the question, or say it. There is no query language and no new menu. The box is the one you know.

02 — See

The answer is a live view

Not a wall of text. Stat cards, a table, a kanban board, an email thread, a timeline, or the weather — whichever the question needs, built from every source it touches.

03 — Act

Reply, move, approve

The action sits in the view. You confirm it, or you leave it. Nothing is sent until you say so.

Demo shop

The same components as the demo

Ask the demo shop a question and these are the views that come back. Open the live demo to move a card, reply on the thread, and watch the printers tick.

What you get

One box. The whole shop on screen.

The parts a plain chatbot does not have, in the interface you already understand.

Views

Live components

Stats, tables, kanban, email threads with a reply box, timelines, and weather. The answer is the screen you would have built yourself.

Sources

Cross-source answers

One question can cross mail, orders, and the bank. Who wrote, and has not paid, comes back as a table instead of three searches.

Actions

Safe actions

Reply, move a card, approve a payment. Each action asks you first. Nothing leaves the account until you confirm.

Memory

Bookmarks and timeline

Star a view and it is one tap from home. The timeline keeps past conversations, so Tuesday's answer is still there.

Morning

Daily briefing

Each morning, a briefing is ready: what is late, what is printing, who is waiting. Same box, no new ritual.

Connect

Email, Notion, calendar, one folder

Connect the places the work already lives. UIless reads them to build the view. Access is the account you approved, not a shared inbox.

Model

Our key, or yours

The plan includes an AI budget. Or add your own Claude or Grok key in settings and UIless uses that. With your key, the included model limit does not apply.

Security and privacy

Your account. Your confirmation. Your keys.

The agent can prepare the work. It cannot quietly send it, and it cannot read another customer's sources.

Per-account data

Conversations, bookmarks, and connected sources stay on the account they belong to. Another customer is a different account.

Encrypted keys

A Claude or Grok key you add is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored. The browser does not keep the raw key after you save it.

Approval-only access

Request access, and we open the account after a review. There is no open signup and no shared demo login for your real data.

You confirm every send

Mail, moves, and payments are drafted in the view. They go out only when you confirm. Dismissing the card sends nothing.

Pricing

One plan.

$99/ month

$99 a month, including the AI budget. Bring your own Claude or Grok key and UIless uses that key instead of the included budget. There are no other tiers.

Request access. We review the request and open the account. This page does not charge a card.

FAQ

Questions worth asking first.

What is UIless?

UIless is the chat box you already know, wired to your work. You ask about the business. The reply is a live view — stats, a table, a board, a thread, or a timeline — and you can act in that view after you confirm.

How is this different from a plain chatbot?

A plain chatbot returns text. You copy it into other apps, and the next chat often starts from zero. UIless returns a live view from your mail, orders, calendar, and files, remembers the conversation on a timeline, and can prepare an action without sending it.

Do I have to learn a new tool?

No. If you have used a chatbot, you already know the box. You type, or you speak. Bookmarks bring a view back without a new menu to memorize.

Can it send mail or change an order by itself?

No. A reply, a move, or a payment is prepared in the view. Nothing is sent and nothing is changed until you confirm. You can dismiss the card.

What can I connect?

Email, Notion, calendar, and one folder. The live demo shows the same idea on a 3D-print shop: mail, orders, the printers, and the bank in one answer.

Can I bring my own Claude or Grok key?

Yes. The plan includes an AI budget on our side. In settings you can add your own Anthropic key for Claude or your own xAI key for Grok. With your key, the included monthly model limit does not apply. Usage is still recorded on the account.

Who is UIless for?

Owners of small businesses, studios, and shops — the person who answers the mail and runs the work. The live demo is a one-person 3D-print shop, so you can see the product before you request access.

What does the plan cost?

One plan: $99 a month, including the AI budget. You can bring your own Claude or Grok key. There is not a second or third tier. Request access and we open the account after review.
